We apologize for the sold-out items. The nursery industry is having a spring unlike any I’ve seen in 25 years in the business. Because of everyone staying home our sales jumped 2000% literally overnight. It required us hiring an additional 85 delivery drivers and even more staff within a 2-week period. It was honestly pretty crazy for us. Within the last month, all of the nurseries in the Northeast opened within the same week which completely decimated the inventory of most major growers overnight. Our primary grower sold 30 million of his 40 million dollars worth of stock within a one-week period. It’s causing the largest inventory shortage in the last 50 years for our industry. The end result is that we’re having to refund products even faster than our technology can keep up. I completely understand your frustration and we are equally as frustrated as it makes for an unpleasant and unprofessional customer experience. I’m not trying to make any excuses for the products not being available, but I wanted to give you some background on the crazy situation happening in the background. I’d like to provide you with a $50 gift card for the hassle and headache. Our customers and their happiness are really important to us and we appreciate your business. we hope you are having a great spring in your garden. Please let me know if I can ever be of help with any further questions.
